Faced with the high demand for Middle Eastern cuisine in West Yorkshire, the journey began when founder Eyad Charbatji, driven by his passion for authentic Syrian flavors, established Bab Tooma Restaurant. Today, Bab Tooma continues to thrive under his leadership, bringing the essence of Damascus to Bradford and Leeds.
